RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF INTENTION TO
VACATE AND CLOSE THE WESTERLY ONE-HALF OF COOLIDGE
AVENUE BETWEEN 19TH STREET AND 20TH STREET
The City Council of the City of National City, California, hereby
declares its intention to vacate and close, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3
of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of California, the westerly one-
half of Coolidge Avenue between 19th Street and 20th Street, situated in the
City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein as
though set forth in full.
Time for hearing any and all persons interested in or objecting to the
proposed vacation is hereby set for 7:00 p.m., July 23, 1985, in the City Council
Chambers in the Civic Center in the City of National City, California.
The City Engineer of the City of National City, California, is hereby
directed to post notice of the passage of this Resolution and the time and place
of hearing in accordance with law.

EXHIBIT "A"
All that certain real property situated in the City of National City,
California, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
The westerly 40 feet of Coolidge Avenue lying between the easterly
prolongation of the northerly line of Lot 22 and the Easterly prolongation of the
southerly line of Lot 13, Block 109 of National City as shown as Map No. 348
filed October 2, 1882, in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County.
