RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR
DRAINAGE PURPOSES FROM SAN DIEGO TRUST & SAVINGS
BANK AS EXECUTOR OF THE WILL OF MILDRED WELLINGTON
(ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 669-060-22)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City,
California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to
execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument
conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City:
EASEMENT for drainage purposes from SAN DIEGO
TRUST & SAVINGS BANK AS EXECUTOR OF THE
WILL OF MILDRED WELLINGTON dated September
16, 1984.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 25th day of 85.

EASEMENT
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, SAN DIEGO TRUST AND SAVINGS BANK AS EXECUTOR OF THE
WILL OF MILDRED WELLINGTON
HEREBY GRANT(S) to the City of National City, a municipal corporation in the County of San Diego, State of
California, a permanent easement and right-of-way to construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate and repair
DRAINAGE
including any or all apurtenances thereto, together with the right of ingress and egress, over, under, along and
across all that real property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California,
described as follows:
For drainage purposes, all those portions of Lot 3 of B. F. Pritchard's Paradise
Villa Addition to National City, Map No. 155 lying southerly of Paradise Valley
Road (Road Survey 609) filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, State of California, 7 July 1887, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 3 of said Map No. 155;
thence, N 17° 28' 45" W along the eas line of said Lot 3 a
distance of 167.28 feet; thence, N 28 53' 45" E a distance of
173.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNIN; thence, S 61° 06'
15" E a distance of 20 filet; thence, N 28 53' 45" E a distance
of 3g feet; thence, N 61 06' 15" W a distance of 20 feet; thence
S 28 53' 45" W a distance of 30 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
