RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION BY THE MAYOR
AND ATTESTATION BY THE CITY CLERK OF A QUITCLAIM DEED
(LLAMAS - 29TH & A)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City,
California, as follows:
That the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute and the City
Clerk is authorized and directed to attest, that certain Quitclaim Deed to David
Llamas and Julia Diane Llamas, husband and wife, of the property more fully
described in the Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit
"A" and incorporated herein by reference.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 1985.

EXHIBIT "A"
A parcel of land, being a portion of, 10 Acre Lot 5 and also of 10 Acre
Foot 6, Rancho de la Nacion, according to Map thereof No. 166, filed in the
Office of the Recorder of San Diego County May 11, 1869; and also, of Smith
and Plante's, according to Map thereof No. 1043 filed in the Office of the
Recorder of said San Diego County April 11, 1907; and also, of Budd Villa
Tract, ac,Lurding to Map thereof No. 1067, filed in the Recorder's Office of
said San Diego County, June 19, 1907, said parcel more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the westerly prolongation of the southerly
line of Lot 10, Block 2, aforesaid Map 1043 and the westerly line of vacated
easterly 10 feet of 80' "A" Avenue of said Map 1043,
Thence easterly along said westerly prolongation and along said southerly
line and along the easterly prolongation of said southerly line of said Block
2 to an intersection with the easterly line of the westerly 525 feet of aforesaid
10 :Acre Lot 5 of aforesaid Map 166;
Thence southerly along said easterly line and its southerly prolongation to
the southerly line of 29th Street;
Thence westerly along the southerly line of said vacated 29th Street and along
the northerly line of Block 2, said Map 1067, and along the westerly prolonga-
tion of the northerly line of said Block 2 to an intersection with the
aforesaid westerly line of vacated easterly 10 feet of aforesaid 80 foot "A"
Avenue of said Map 1067;
Thence northerly along said westerly line of said vacated 10 feet to the point
of beginning, all said parcel being vacated and closed to public use by
Judgment and Decree in Condemnation, Case No. 279, District Court of the United
States of America, Southern District of California, Southern Division, said
decree recorded December 2, 1944, Document No. 90171, in the Office of the
Recorder of said San Diego County.
RESERVING THEREFROM:
An easement for sewer purposes described as follows:
A ten foot wide easement, five foot each side of a line beginning at a point
on the aforesaid westerly line of aforesaid vacated easterly ten feet of "A"
Avenue, said Map 1067, twenty feet southerly of the aforesaid centerline of
