X All right-of-way has been acquired in accordance with Title III of the Federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (Public Law 91-646) and all applicable current FHWA directives covering the acquisition of real property. ATTACHMENT 5A. Status of Utility Relocation COMPANY San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) TYPE FACILITY 2" gas main and overhead electric facilities running E-W along 13th St.. Sweetwater Authority 6" water pipe running E-W along 13th St. Pacific Bell Overhead telephone facilities running E-W along 13th St. RELOCATION TYPE The utility relocation will be done by SDG&E, when contractor excavates 13th St Coordination with the cont- ractor will be required. Ten days needed to do the work. The utility relocation will be done by Sweetwater Auth- ority, when contractor exca- vates 13th st. Coordination with the contractor will be required. Ten days needed tc do the work. The utility relocation will be done by the same cont- ractor as SDG&E when the con tractor excavates 13th St. It requires relocation of one pole. COMPLIANCE WITH RELOCATION ADVISORY ASSISTANCE AND PAYMENTS PROVISIONS OF FEDERAL AND STATE LAW The project has no occupied parcels, and all persons have been relocated to decent, safe and sanitary housing or have been offered decent, safe and sanitary housing in accordance with the current FHWA regulations.
