KINBALL TUNERS, NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA M EAS, the City Council of the City of National City, California, by adoption of Resolution No. 14,726 on August 27, 1985 authorized and approved a Grant Agreement with the U. S. Dept. of Housing do Urban Development (HUD) and said Grant Agreement was executed on August 27, 1985; and SFAS, HUD by letter dated November 15, 1985 has requested certain amendments to the Grant Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Cbuncil of the City of National City, California, that the Grant Agreement for Kimball Towers, Project No. CAO03ff 401, executed by HUD on August 14, 1985 and by the City of National City on August 27, 1985 is hereby authorized to be amended as may be required by HID to reflect 120 as the number of units for which priority will be given to lower income households; and BE IT FURRIER RESOLVED that Exhibit E of the Grant Agreement is hereby authorized to be emended to reflect accurate dates of Grantee and Non -Grantee Activity. Covenants - When does the initial period discussed in paragraph 1.h. of the definitions begin? The initial period should be the period between the -time the units are initially available for occupancy and the time that 50 percent of the units are occupied. The paragraph should be clarified. 2. lbe grant agre.enent should be_anended to reflect the accurate nuaber of units for which priority will be given to lower income households, i.e..120 units rather than all of the units as currently indicated in the grant agreement. The amendment should also reflect the accurate dates in Exhibit E. 3. All documents sutmitted in draft must be executed and resumitted to this Office and the L.A. Field Office. 4. The revised title policy, to be submitted after execution and recordation of the revised HCG documents, will require legal review. (b) Upon notification to the Grantee of the approval by the Secretary of the evidentiary materials required by subparagraph (a) above, Grantee shall be authorized to draw down Grant Funds in accordance with section 9.03 of this Grant Agreement . consistent -with Letter : of Credit or . Electronic Transfer procedures and other provisions of this Grant Agreement. II The Grantee Activities described in Exhibit.
