RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NO STOPPING ANY TIME
ZONE ON THE WEST SIDE OF GROVE STREET FROM
PLAZA BOULEVARD TO 190-FEET SOUTH OF PLAZA
BOULEVARD, ALL WITHIN THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY.
The City Counsel of the City of National City, California,
e— does hereby resolve as follows:

SECTION 1: Pursuant to Section 22507 of the Vehicle Code
of the State of California and Section 11.32.300 of the
National City Municipal Code, the City Council of the City
of National City hereby determines that the public health,
safety and welfare will be best protected by the establishment
of a No Stopping Any Time Zone on the west side of Grove Street
from Plaza Blvd. to 190-feet south of Plaza Blvd., all within
the City of National City.
SECTION 2: The Council of the City of National City hereby
declare the area mentioned in Section 1, herein above, as a
No Stopping Any Time Zone.
SECTION 3: This resolution shall not become effective
until No Stopping Any Time signs or red curb markings are
posted or painted in the area designated in Section 1, herein
above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of January, 1984.
