RESOLUTION NO. 14,248
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PERMANENT EASEMENT
FOR SLOPE, APPURTENANT TO STREET CONSTRUC-
TION AT CORNER OF 14TH STREET AND PROPOSED
ORANGE AVENUE EXTENSION (CHARLES S. OFFERMAN,

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and
to record the following instrument conveying an interest
in real estate to the City of National City:
PERMANENT EASEMENT for street purposes
from Charles S. Offerman dated January
18, 1984.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 1984.

State of California, a permanent easement and right-of-way to construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate
and repair
SLOPE
including any or all apurtenances thereto, together with the right of ingress and egress, over, under,
along and across all that real property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State
of California, described as follows:
That portion of the Westerly Half of the Southerly Half of the Northwesterly Quarter
of the Southwesterly Quarter of Quarter Section 106, Rancho de la Nacion according
to the Map thereof No. 166 made by Morrill and filed in the office of the County
Recorder of said San Diego County, May 11, 1869, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Parcel 4, Parcel Map No. 4308, filed in the
office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, December 15, 1975; thence North
18007'07" West a distance of 120.07 feet; thence North 71°36'57" East a distance
of 10.00 feet; thence South 18007'07" East a distance of 108.07 feet; thence North
71°38'03" East a distance of 95.00 feet; thence South 78°22'33" East a distance of
23.65 feet; thence South 71°38'03" West a distance of 125.38 feet to the point of
beginning.
