RESOLUTION NO. 14,274
RESOLUTION REPEALING ITEMS 1 AND 9 OF RESOLUTION
NO. 14,207, AND ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF A PERMANENT
EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES AND ANOTHER ONE FOR
SEWER PURPOSES (M.C. WEINER CO., SOUTH BAY PLAZA,
PHASE II)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California, that items 1 and 9 of Resolution
No. 14,207 adopted on December 20, 1983, is hereby repealed;
and
FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Resolution No. 7083,
the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of
Acceptance and to record the following instruments conveying
interests in the following real estate in National City,
California:
Two (2) PERMANENT EASEMENTS, one for
drainage purposes and the other for
sewer purposes from Meyer C. Wiener
Company dated January 11, 1984.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 1984.

EXHIBIT "A"
That portion of Parcel 11 of Parcel Map No. 12079 in the City
of National City, County of San Diego, State of California,
as filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said San
Diego County, April 29, 1982, described as follows:
A 10.00 foot strip of land lying 5.00 feet on each side
of the following described centerline:
Beginning at the intersection of the prolongation of the
centerline (monument line in this case) of "M" Avenue having
a bearing of North 18°43'36" West and the Southerly boundary
line of Parcel 11 of said Parcel Map No. 12079;
Thence North 18°43'36" West, 603.20 feet to a point on a
curve concave Northwesterly having a radius of 160.07 feet,
the center of said curve bears North 30°37'22" West from said
point, said curve being the Northwesterly boundary line of
said Parcel 11.
The sidelines of said 10.00 foot easement shall be lengthened
or foreshortened to meet at angle points and to terminate at
the parcel lines of said Parcel 11.
