Hartson will maintain premises to the specifications established by City's Fire Chief. In the event repairs of structural portions of the building (roof, walls, foundation, electrical wiring, plumbing, outside pavement, etc.) are required which would cost greater than $2,000 and City is unwilling to pay for such repairs, Hartson shall have the option of making repairs at its own expense or vacating the premises. The City will invoice Hartson monthly for said utility and routing repair expenses with said invoice to be accompanied by substantiating documentation. Hartscr shall make payment directly to the City of National City City Treasurer within ten (10) days after receipt of invoice from the City's Finance Department. 3 4.
