RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF A
PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR A TRAFFIC SIGNAL
LIGHT STANDARD (FEDCO INCORPORATED)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City,
California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to
execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument
conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City:
PERMANENT EASEMENT for traffic light purposes
from Edward L. Butterworth dated March 26, 1984.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1984.

HEREBY GRANT(S) to the City of National City, a municipal corporation in the County of San Diego, State of
California, a permanent casement and right-of-way to construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate and repair

including any or all apurtenances thereto, together with the right of ingress and egress, over, under, along and
across all that real property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California,
described as follows:
THAT PORTION OF 10 ACRE LOT 13 IN QUARTER SECTION 154 IN
RANCHO DE LA NACION, IN THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, COUNTY OF
SAN DIEGO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING TO MAP THEREOF NO. 166
MADE BY MORRILL AND FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF
SAID SAN DIEGO COUNTY, MAY 11, 1869, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID 10 ACRE LOT 13;
THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 13, A
