HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 14,292M r k RESOLUTION NO. 14,292 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF A PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR A TRAFFIC SIGNAL LIGHT STANDARD (FEDCO INCORPORATED) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, as follows: Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: PERMANENT EASEMENT for traffic light purposes from Edward L. Butterworth dated March 26, 1984. PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1984.
