RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATION
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 222
22ND STREET, PROSPECT TO EUCLID
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 14,001
The City Council of the City of National City does hereby resolve as
follows:
That the City of National City Standard Specifications filed in the Office
of the City Clerk of said City as Document No. 35494 and 70480 , together
with the Engineer's report and the plans submitted by the City Engineer of said
City for the improvement of 22nd Street, Prospect Street to Euclid Avenue,
Assessment District No. 222, be and are here adopted as the specifications and
plans for the doing of the work and improvements proposed to be done on said
streets pursuant to the 1911 Improvement Act.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 14,001 is hereby rescinded
PASSED and ADOPTED this 22nd day of May, 1984.
