RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A
DRIVEWAY SPECIAL PERMIT

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City,
California, as follows:
That pursuant to the provisions of Sections 13.04.210 and 13.04.220 of the
National City Municipal Code, the City Council considered the report of the
City Engineer on the proposed construction of a driveway with a width
exceeding 40% of the frontage and over the 35 feet width limit.
That after considering said report, the City Council determined that it is in
the public interest to allow the construction of the driveway.
That no such improvement permit issued under Section 13.04.210 shall be in
conflict with the provisions and restriction of Section 13.04.220 of the National
City Municipal Code.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 12th day of June, 1984.
