This building valuation date is contained in the Jan -Feb 1984 issue of the Building Standards Magazine, published by the International Conference of Building Officials. ** RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISIONS: For subdivisions with 10 or more single-family dwellings which have plan check and building permit issuances in groups of 10 or more, the valuation may be decreased by 10%.
