HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 14,399RESOLUTION NO. 14,399 RESOLUTION APPROVING ZONE VARIANCE TO ALLOW SUBDIVISION OF 1.34 ACRES INTO 8 RESIDENTIALLY ZONED PARCELS, 3 OF WHICH WILL BE LANDLOCKED WITH EASEMENT ACCESS OVER COMMON DRIVEWAY ACROSS 2 ADJACENT PARCELS, AND 1 PARCEL WITH ACCESS VIA EASEMENT ONLY, ON PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE 3700 BLOCK OF SWEETWATER ROAD, SOUTH SIDE (Case File No. Z-2-84) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, that based on evidence and testimony presented to the City Council on July 24, 1984, action was taken to approve the zone variance based on a finding that the unusual shape, location and surroundings of the property constitute special circumstances, applicable to this property, that justify the granting of zone variance in accordance with Section 65906, Government Code, State of California, (Case File No. Z-2-84), be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Paved, vehicular access to lots 4, 5, 6, and 7, shall be provided in accordance with that shown on "Driveway Exhibit C" for Boy Scouts of America, prepared by Biggs Engineering Corporation, dated June 27, 1984, with only one side of the access way to be available for parking. (This exhibit provides a paved access width of 32 feet and a 25 foot wide driveway entrance on Sweetwater Road). 2. A driveway maintenance agreement, approved as to form and content by the City Attorney, shall be recorded with the County Recorder prior to issuance of building permits. 3. Final subdivision map shall be recorded with the County Recorder prior to issuance of a building and/or grading permit. 4. Plans submitted for issuance of a building permit shall reflect compliance with all conditions imposed upon the approval of this zone variance. 5. Before this Zone variance shall become effective, the applicant shall file a written statement with the Planning Department, acknowledging ,,.., and accepting all conditions imposed upon the approval of this zone variance.
