RESOLUTION NO. 14,437
RESOLUTION REQUESTING DEFERRAL OF STREET
IMPROVEMENT AT 2528 "K" AVENUE
(FIELD)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City
that the application of Richard L. and Rebeca I. Field for deferral of the
installation of' improvements at 2528 "K" Avenue is granted subject to the
following conditions:
1. The filing with the Planning Department of the City of National
City a Covenant Running with the Land recorded by the City Clerk of the City
of National City, providing:
a. The property owner will not protest the installation of any
of the required improvements under a 1911 Improvement Act Program
whether initiated by the property owner or the City.
b. The property owner will install said improvements in
conjunction with an overall improvement program of the area whether
initiated by the property owner or the City.
c. The owner will install the required improvements within 30
(thirty) days of a written demand to do so by the City Engineer.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 1984.

referred to as "O'.:NER". WHEREAS OW:ER is the owner of the that certain real property locate(
-- in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 8 of 0livewood Terrace, Map 1542 (563-021-09)
WHEREAS, said owner desires to be excused from the legal requirements to install the
following improvements: At 2528 "K" Avenue
1. Install 98' Lineal Feet of Portland Cement Concrete Standard Gutter
2. Install 1960 Square Feet of Asphalt Concrete Paving (3") over 8" of Base.
3. Install 1960 Square Feet of Seal and Sand over Paving.
4. Excavation and Grading Associated with the above.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration for the granting of a deferral to install said improve-
ments by the City Council of the City of National City, said owner covenants for
themselves
and their
heirs, successors, assigns, executors and
administrators as follows:
1. The owner will not protest the installation of any of the required improvements undo
1911 Improvement Act program whether initiated by the property owners or the City.
2. The owner will install said improvements in conjunction with an overall improvement
program of the area whether initiated by the property owners or the City.
3. The owner will install the required improvements within 30 (Thirty) days of a writt:
demand to do so by the City Engineer.
