PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1807 "0" AVENUE
(Applicant - M. Parra) (Z-7-84)
The City Council of the City of National City, California, does hereby

adopted Resolution No. 33-84, denying application for zone variance to allow a

WHEREAS, an appeal of Planning Commission decision was filed with
the City Council and a public hearing on appeal was conducted by the City
Council; and,
WHEREAS, evidence and testimony presented to the City Council at
the meeting of October 9, 1984, failed to support a finding of special
circumstances applicable to the property that justify the granting of zone
