RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT #212
(17th Street,,"M" Avenue and Alley No. 66)
The City Council of the City of National City
does hereby resolve as follows:
That the City of National City Standard
Specifications filed in the office of the City Clerk of
said City as Document No. 35494 and s:2 3 , together
with the Engineer's report and the plans submitted by the
City Engineer of said City for the improvement of
17th Street, "M" Avenue and Alley No. 66
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 212 be and are here adopted as
the specifications and plans for the doing of the work and
improvement proposed to be done on said streets pursuant to
the 1911 Improvement Act.
PASSED AND ADOPTID this 8th day of March,1983.
