RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
GRANT DEED FOR STREET PURPOSES FROM E.G. & P.J. ISBELL
(2530 EAST 13TH STREET - 558-092-08)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to
record the following instrument conveying an interest in real
estate to the City of National City:
GRANT DEED FOR STREET PURPOSES from
ERLE G. ISBELL and PEGGY JO ISBELL,
husband and wife as joint tenants
dated June 7, 1983.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 1983.

FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION,
Erle G. Isbell and Peggy Jo Isbell, husband and wife as joint tenants
HEREBY GRANT(S) to the City of National City, a municipal corporation, in the County of
San Diego, State of California; all that real property situated in the City of National City,
County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of the Westerly 50 feet of the Easterly 200 feet of the Southerly Half of the
Northwesterly Quarter of the Southwesterly Quarter of Quarter Section 106 of the Rancho de
la Nacion, in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, according
to Map thereof No. 166, made by Morrill, filed in the office of the County Recorder, May 11,
1869, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of the Southerly Half of the Northwesterly Quarter of
the Southwesterly Quarter of Quarter Section 106; thence South 71°36'57" West, along the
Northerly line of said parcel, 200.00 feet; thence South 18°07'14" East, 30.00 feet to the
True Point of Beginning; thence continuing South 18°07'14" East, 5.58 feet to a point on a
36 foot radius curve concave Northerly, the center of which bears North 9°34'28" West;
thence Easterly and Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 42°06'14" a
distance of 26.45 feet to a line parallel with and 30 feet Southerly of the Northerly line
of said parcel; thence South 71°36'57" West along said parallel line 25.20 feet to the
True Point of Beginning.
