RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
THE CITY ENGINEER TO ENTER INTO AN ACQUISITION ESCROW
FOR PROPERTY AT 2530 EAST 13TH STREET (ISBELL)
PER ESCROW NUMBER 57009-S DATED JUNE 13, 1983
(Land Title Insurance Company)
WHEREAS, the extension of Euclid Avenue from
Plaza Boulevard to 16th Street will require removal of a
portion of 13th Street; and
WHEREAS, a partial taking of 112.3 square feet
will be required from premises at 2530 East 13th Street in
order to provide a turn -around cul-de-sac on the east side
of 13th Street,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of National City that the City
Engineer is hereby authorized to enter into an Acquisition
Escrow for property at 2530 East 13th Street in the City
of National City, County of San Diego, State of
California, for the acquisition in fee of all real
property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
A copy of said escrow instructions are on file
in the Office of the City Clerk and reference is made
herein for all particulars contained therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 1983.

That portion of the Westerly 50 feet of the Easterly 200 feet of the Southerly Half of the
Northwesterly Quarter of the Southwesterly Quarter of Quarter Section 106 of the Rancho de
la Nacion, in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, according
to Map thereof No. 166, made by Morrill, filed in the office of the County Recorder, May 11,
1869, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of the Southerly Half of the Northwesterly Quarter of
the Southwesterly Quarter of Quarter Section 106; thence South 71°36'57" West, along the
'rtherly line of said parcel, 200.00 feet; thence South 18°07'14" East, 30.00 feet to the
•ue Point of Beginning; thence continuing South 18°07'14" East, 5.58 reef co a point on a
foot radius curve concave Northerly, the center of which bears North 9°34'28" West;
+ence Easterly and Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 42°06'14" a
stance of 26.45 feet to a line parallel with and 30 feet Southerly of the Northerly line
of said parcel; thence South 71°36'57" West along said parallel line 25.20 feet to the
True Point of Beginning.

9. In the event of a failure of a performance or condition to be complied with in a stated period of time. or on or before a stated
10. date, or in the event these instructions are not complied with on or before_ Au ust 8, 1983
either party may give you a written demand to cancel, otherwise complete this escrow as soon as possible. In the event such
demand Is signed by less than all of the parties hereto. you are to withhold all documents and proceeds until ten days after
you have mailed a copy of said demand to the non -signing parties at the respective addresses shown herein. Upon receipt of said
demand, the parties shall, immediately after demand by you, reimburse you for services rendered to date; and you are hereby
given a lien upon all documents, moneys and securities herein deposited until you have been so compensated.
