RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
GRANT DEED FOR STREET PURPOSES FROM W.T. & E. BLACKBURN
(2432 EAST 13TH STREET - 558-092-16)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to
record the following instrument conveying an interest in real
estate to the City of National City:
GRANT DEED FOR STREET PURPOSES from
WALTER T. and ELEONORE BLACKBURN,
husband and wife as joint tenants
dated June 16, 1983.

FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION,
Walter T. Blackburn and Eleonore Blackburn, husband and wife as joint tenants,
HEREBY GRANT(S) to the City of National City, a municipal corporation, in the County of
San Diego, State of California; all that real property situated in the City of National City,
County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of the Westerly 60 feet of the Easterly 120 feet, of the Westerly 300 feet of
the Northerly 180 feet of the Southerly Half of the Northwesterly Quarter, of the Southwesterl
Quarter of Quarter Section 106, of the Rancho de la Nacion, in the City of National City,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 166, made by Morrill,
filed in the office of the County Recorder, May 11, 1869, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of the Westerly Half of the Southerly Half of the
Northwesterly Quarter of the Southwesterly Quarter of said Quarter Section 106; thence South
71°36'57" West along the Northerly line of said Westerly Half of the Southerly Half of the
Northwesterly Quarter of the Southwesterly Quarter, 91.75 feet to the Westerly line of the
Easterly 60 feet of said Westerly 300 feet; thence leaving said line South 18 07'07" East,
30 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing South 18°07'07" East, 5.28 feet
to a point on a 36 foot radius curve concave Northerly, the center of which bears North
29°51'45" West; thence Southerly and Westerly along said curve through a central angle of
45°02'09" a distance of 28.30 feet to a line parallel with and 30 feet Southerly of the
Northerly line of said parcel; thence North 71°36'57" East along said parallel line 27.05
