BLACKBURN (2432 EAST 13TH STREET - 558-092-16) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, as follows: Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: GRANT DEED FOR STREET PURPOSES from WALTER T. and ELEONORE BLACKBURN, husband and wife as joint tenants dated June 16, 1983.
