BROOKS (SE Corner of 8th Street & K Avenue; Assessor's Parcel Map 556-522-02) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, as follows: Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instruments conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: EASEMENT from D.A. Brooks dated 11-10-83 for street purposes; Engineering Department No. 5700-1957-B, Map 166 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 1983.
