HARRISON) PER ESCROW NO. 57322-S DATED DECEMBER 1, 1983 WITH LAND TITLE INSURANCE CO. WHEREAS, the construction of Euclid Avenue from Plaza Blvd. to 16th Street will require'cutting out a portion of 13th Street; and WHEREAS, in order to provide a cul-de-sac on the west side of 13th Street after Euclid Avenue is built, a partial taking of 45.7 square feet is required from Mrs. Harrison, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that the City Engineer is hereby authorized to enter into an Acquisition Escrow for property at 2435 E. 13th Street in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California for the acquisition in fee of all real property described in Escrow Instructions (No. 57322-S) dated December 1, 1983 attached hereto; and A copy of said escrow instructions are on file in the office of the City Clerk and reference is made herein for all particulars contained therein. In the event of a failure of a performance or condition to be complied with in a Stated period of time. or on or before a stated 10. date. or in the event these instructions are not complied with on or before January 2, 1984 11. either party may give you a written demand to cancel, otherwise complete this escrow as soon as possible.
