HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 14,200RESOLUTION NO. 14,200 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN FROM COMMERCIAL - LIMITED PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CL-PD) TO RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY -SMALL LOT (RS-2) PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3731 CALMOOR WAY, ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 564-460-33 WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms and provisions of Title 7, Chapter 3, Article 7 of the California Government Code, proceedings were duly initiated for the amendment of the National City General Plan, and WHEREAS, pursuant to due and legal notice, hear- ings were held by the City Planning Commission and also by the City Council and all persons interested were given op- portunity to appear and be heard before said Planning Commission and said City Council, and WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the recommendations of the City Planning Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of National City hereby approves the following amendment to the National City General Plan: 1. To change from Commercial -Limited Planned Development (CL-PD) to Residential Single Family -Small (RS-2) property located at 3731 Calmoor Way. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December, 1983.
