RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL
PROPERTY
(South Bay Plaza Project Phase II)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk
is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance
and to record the following instruments conveying an interest
in or easement upon real estate to the City of National City:
1. EASEMENT for sewer facilities from
BOCAV LAND - NATIONAL CITY, a joint
venture composed of VENTURES WEST ONE,
INC., a Delaware corporation, and
MICHAEL S. CAVANAUGH, INC., a California
corporation, dated December 9, 1983,
National City Engineering No. 5713.
2. EASEMENT for sewer facilities from
PACIFIC/DSL NO. 1, a Joint Venture and
DSL SERVICE COMPANY, a joint venture of
PACIFIC INVESTORS GROUP, a California
corporation and DSL SERVICE COMPANY, a
California corporation, dated December 14,
1983, National City Engineering No. 5714.
3. EASEMENT for sewer facilities from
SAFEWAY STORES, INCORPORATED, a Maryland
corporation, dated December 5, 1983,
National City Engineering No. 5715.
4. EASEMENT for drainage facilities from
PACIFIC/DSL NO. 1, a Joint Venture and
DSL SERVICE COMPANY, a joint venture of
PACIFIC INVESTORS GROUP, a California
corporation, and DSL SERVICE CO., a Calif-
ornia corporation, dated December 14, 1983,
