RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
(Resurfacing and reconstruction
of various streets, Spec. #926)
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of National
City did in open session on the 18th day of August, 1982,
publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals
or bids for doing the work and improvement described in
Specification No. 926 for the resurfacing and reconstruction
of various streets in National City.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the
City Council of the City of National City hereby rejects
all of said proposals or bids except that herein mentioned,
and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and
making said improvements to the lowest regular responsible
bidder to wit:
V. R. DENNIS CONSTRUCTION CO.
at the prices named in the bid of such bidder on file in the
office of the City Clerk of the City of National City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 1982.
