Home My WebLink AboutCC RESO 13,777RESOLUTION NO. 13,777 RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT (Repair to north abutment, Highland Avenue Bridge, Specification No. 924) WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of National City did in open session, on the 24th day of March, 1982, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for doing the work and improvement described in Speci- fication No. 924 for the repair to north abutment, Highland Avenue Bridge. NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the City Council of the City of National City hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids except that herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making said improvements to the lowest regular responsible bidder to wit: T. B. PENICK & SONS, INC. at the prices named in the bid of such bidder on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of National City. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 1982. ATTEST:
