WHERES, the Grantors of certain properties offer said properties for street purposes; and, WHEREAS, the. City of National City desires to accept and dedicate said properties for street purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council Of the City of National City, the following described prop- erties be and are hereby accepted and dedicated for public street purposes; See Legal Description attached as Exhibit A Page 1 and Page 2 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the above -described parcel of land shall thenceforth be known as PLAZA BOULEVARD. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to re- cord the attached instrument conveying an interest in real estate in the City of National City. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County.
