HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 13,806RESOLUTION NO. 13,806 RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A DRIVEWAY PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PERMIT (1817 Cleveland Avenue Daniels Construction) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City as follows: That pursuant to the provisions of Section 13.04.210 of the National City Municipal Code,. the City Council considered the report of the City Engineer on the proposed construction of a driveway at 1817 Cleveland Avenue, National City; That after considering said report, the City Council determined that it is in the public interest to allow the construction of a driveway a minimum distance of 11' to the property line extended to the curb as part of a new industrial building in said area; That no such improvement permit issued under Section 13.04.210 shall be in conflict with the provisions and restrictions of Section 13.04.220 of the National City Municipal Code.
