RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL
PROPERTY
(Quitclaim Deed for a portion of
K Avenue - Tagle and Ellez)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk
is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance
and to record the following instrument conveying an interest
in or easement upon real estate to the City of National
City:
QUITCLAIM DEED from LARRY A TAGLE and DIANE
S. TAGLE, dated August 5, 1981, Engineer
No. 5307.
QUITCLAIM DEED from TRESSA L. ELLEZ, dated
August 5, 1981, Engineer No. 5308.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September,
1981.

QUITCLAIM DEED
FORA VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Larry A. Tagle and Diane S. Tagle, Quitclaiming
Abutter's right of access
to the City of National City, a municipal corporation, in the County of San Diego, State of
California; all that real property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego,
State of California, described as follows:
All that portion of 20 Acre Lot 3, Quarter Section 132 of Rancho de la Nacion, according to
the map thereof No. 166, by Morrill, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, May 11, 1869, all in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of
California, and described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 3, thence Southwesterly along the Northerly
line of said Lot 3, a distance of.330.73 feet to the centerline of "K" Avenue, the point of
beginning; thence continuing Southwesterly to an intersection with a line parallel with and
30 feet perpendicular to said centerline; thence Southeasterly 51.26 Feet along said parallel
line to a point on a 45 foot radius curve, concave Southerly radius bearing 41°48'40" to the
left with the radius point located on the said centerline; thence Easterly along the arc of
said curve, through a central angle of 41°48'40" a distance of 32.84 Feet to the said center-
line and an intersection with a tangent 30 foot radius curve, concave Southwesterly, said
radius point being located in the said centerline; thence Easterly along said arc through a
central angle of 90°00'00" a distance of 47.12 feet to an intersection with a line parallel
with and perpendicular 30 feet to said centerline; thence Northwesterly along said parallel
line 70.27 feet more or less to the said Notherly line of said Lot 3; thence Southwesterly
along said Northerly line to the point of beginning.
