DEDICATION OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES
(Portion of "C" Avenue)
WHEREAS, the City of National City is the owner of
those certain properties situated in the City of National City,
County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly here-
inafter described; and,
WHEREAS, the City of National City desires that said
properties be dedicated for public street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of National City, that the following described properties
be and are hereby dedicated for public street purposes:
For street purposes, the Easterly ten feet ad-
joining to and Easterly of the Easterly line
of Lot 16 of Block 3, subdivision of Lot 4
Section 152, National Ranch in Map 9 as re-
corded with the County Recorder of San Diego
County, State of California on January 3, 1882.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the above described parcels
of land shall henceforth be known as "C" AVENUE.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution
to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of October, 1981.
