RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
( Quitclaim Deed for Fig Court- Krehel)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California, as Follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk
is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance
and to record the following instrument conveying an inter-
est in or easement upon real estate to the City of National
City:
QUITCLAIM DEED from RONALD D. KREHEL and LINDA
KREHEL, husband and wife, dated February 19, 1981,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of March, 1981.

FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION,
RONALD D. KREHEL and
LINDA KREHEL, Husband and wife as Joint Tenants
HEREBY QUITCLAIMS
to the City of National City, a municipal corp oration, in the County of San Diego, State of
California; all that real property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego,
State of California, described as follows:
A right of way for street purposes over that portion of Fig Court contiguous
to the Southerly line of Lot 34, within SCOTT TERRACE, in the City of National
City, State of California, according to Map No. 3153, Recorded November 4, 1954
in the Office of the County Recorder, said Parcel being offered for dedication on
said Map was rejected, described as follows:.
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 34 of said Scott Terrace;
thence Fast along the South line of said Lot 34, 710 feet to the South-
east corner of said Lot 34; thence South 0°0Ye30" West along the Southerly
prolongation of the Easterly line of said Lot 34, 20 feet to a point in
the Southerly line of said Fig Court; thence West along said Southerly
line 710 feet to the Southwest corner of said Scott Terrace; thence North
0°01'30rt East along the Westerly line of said Scott Terrace, 20 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING.
