HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 13,334RESOLUTION NO. 13,334 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY (Easements from Southeastern California Association of Seventh Day Adventist and Paradise Valley Hospital for Sewage Conduits). BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, as follows: Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest in or easement upon real estate to the City of National City: EASEMENT from Southeastern California Association of Seventh Day Adventist, dated April 7, 1980, Engineer No. 5042; and EASEMENT from Paradise Valley Hospital, dated April 4, 1980, Engineer No. 5040. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th. day of May, 1980.
