RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
(Easements from Southeastern California Association of Seventh
Day Adventist and Paradise Valley Hospital for Sewage Conduits).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to
record the following instrument conveying an interest in or
easement upon real estate to the City of National City:
EASEMENT from Southeastern California Association
of Seventh Day Adventist, dated April 7, 1980, Engineer No.
5042; and EASEMENT from Paradise Valley Hospital, dated
April 4, 1980, Engineer No. 5040.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th. day of May, 1980.

In the southerly half of Quarter Section 105, Rancho De La Nacion,
Map No. 166, filed May 11, 1869 in the San Diego County Recorder's
Office, California,described as follows:
A ten foot easement, five feet each side of the following described
center line, all within Record of Survey No. 8346, filed April 5, 1979
in the San Diego County Recorder's Office, California, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point that is ten feet southerly and ten feet
westerly of the southwest corner of aforesaid Quarter Section 105, thence
the following courses and distances,N 00° 46' 16" E a distance of 336.2
feet, N 69° 37' 46" E a ,distance of 179.1 feet, N 39° 56' 46" E a distance
of 268.8 feet, N 74° 21' 16" E a distance of 208.5 feet, N 75° 27' 16"
E a distance of 238 feet, N 51° 16' 16" E a distance of 220.6 feet,
N 82° 52' 46" E a distance of 203.3 feet, N 64° 51' 46" E a distance
of 238.33 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of Arcadia Avenue.
The easement lines being shortened or lengthened to terminate at the
property lines.
