RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL
PROPERTY
(Paradise Creek Channel South of Montgomery
Ward Parking Lot)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of. the City of
National City, California,'as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to
record the following instrument conveying an interest in or
easement upon real estate to the City of National City:
INDIVIDUAL GRANT DEED from LEONE 0. LINDEMULDER,
ERNEST EMIL PETERSON and PATRICIA ANN PETERSON, dated January
30, 1980.

Section 154 of Rancho de la Nacion, according to Map No. 166, filed in. the office of
the County Recorder of said County, as more particularly described in the legal
description attached hereto and made a part hereof marked EXHIBIT I'A" and comprisi
of one page.
GRANTEE shall landscape said easement area, and shall install and
maintain a permanent underground irrigation system for maintenance of
said landscaping, and shall further maintain said area in a clean and
.good condition.

An easement and right of way for drainage purposes and appurtenances thereto,
over, under, along and across that portion of the easterly half of 10 acre Lot 11
in Quarter Section 154 of Rancho ile La Nacion, according to Map No. 166 filed
in the office of the County Recorder of said County described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said easterly half of Lot 11; thence along
the northerly line thereof North 72°05'54" East 98.00 feet; thence South 17° 48'30"
East parallel with the westerly line of said easterly half a distance of 43. 53 feet;
thence South 52043'58" West 49.22 feet; thence South 72°11'30" West 22.62 feet;
thence South 30° 30'45" West 38.80 feet to the westerly line of said easterly half
of Lot 11; thence North 17°48'30" West 85. 56 feet to the point of beginning.
