RESOLUTION REQUESTING SWEETWATER AUTHORITY TO
FURNISH PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR A SYSTEM
OF DOMESTIC WATER SUPPLY IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 193, "C" AVENUE, SOUTH OF 27th STREET.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
National City proposes to institute proceedings for the
doing of certain work and improvements, pursuant to
proceedings to be had and taken under the provisions of
the "Improvement Act of 1911", which work and improvements
will include certain improvements for supplying and dis-
tribution of a system of domestic water supply in certain
streets within the boundaries of Assessment District No.
193, City of National City, County of San Diego, State of
California, to wit:
"C" Avenue, South of 27th Street
and
WHEREAS, the distribution of such domestic
water supply in the territory in which said improvement is
contemplated is under the management and control of the
Sweetwater Authority, a public agency other than the said
City of National City;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
City Council of the City of National City that in accord-
ance with the provisions of Section 5171 of the "Improve-
ment Act of 1911", the said Sweetwater Authority is hereby
requested to furnish to this City, adequate and appropriate
plans and specifications for the doing and making of the
following described water works improvements, to wit:
fire distribution lines and fire hydrants.
