DEDICATION OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY FOR
PUBLIC STREET PRUPOSES.
(Portions of Division Street)
WHEREAS, the City of National City is the owner
of all that certain property situated in the City of
National City, County of San Diego, State of California,
more particularly hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, the City of National City desires that
said property be dedicated for public street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of National City that the following
described property attached hereto and made a part hereof
by reference as though set out in full hereon be and is
hereby dedicated for public street purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described
parcel of land shall henceforth be known as Division
Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is
hereby authroized and directed to cause a certified copy
of this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego, County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of March, 1980.

r's 44' 27" W, along the Easterly line of said Lot 30 and Lot 29 of said Millerton

lines of said Lot No. 292.

That portion of the parcel of deed described in deed recorded August 4, 1976,
to Carlos Victor Perez Hara, as file No. 76-248249 of the official_ Records of
San Diego County, State of California; described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of said parcel, file No. 76-248249;
thence 5000 44' 27"W along the Easterly line of said parcel, a distance of
43.99 feet, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along the arc of a tangent
curve having a 10 foot radius, concave Northwesterly thru a central angle of
71° 29' 17" to a point of tangency with a line bearing S 72° 13' 44" W; thence
S 72° 13' 44" W a distance of 91 feet, more or less, to the Westerly line of
said parcel, file No. 76-248249; thence 500° 44' 27" W, along said Westerly line,
a distance of 9.49 feet, to the Northerly line of "DIVISION STREET"; thence

to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 71° 46' 30" W along a line parallel with
and 39 feet Northerly, measured at right angles, of the center line of Division
Street as shown on said Maps No. 1608, a distance of 84.7 feet, more or less, to
a point of intersection with the Westerly line of said parcel filed as No. 75-
354327; thence 500° 18' 48" W, along said Easterly line, a distance of 9.49 feet,
to a point of intersection with a line parallel with and 30 feet Northerly, measured

thence N 00° 17' 00"E a distance of 23.38 feet to a point of tangency with a
10 foot radius curce, concave to the East; thence Southeasterly along the arc
',of said curve, thru a central angel of 108° 30' 30", a distance of 18.94 feet
to a point of tangency with a line bearing N 71° 46' 30"E; thence' -along said
line bearing N 7Iu 46' 30" E a distance of 94.8 feet, more or less, t8 a point
