RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK
(19th Street - Granger Avenue to Rachael Avenue,
Assessment District No. 190)
WHEREAS, on the 18thday of February, 1979, the City
Council of the City of National City passed its Resolution of
Intention No. 13,200 to order certain work to be done and im-
provements to be made on
19TH STREET - GRANGER AVENUE TO RACHAEL AVENUE,
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 190 pursuant to the provisions of
the Improvement Act of 1911.
WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention was duly
published and notice of its adoption was duly posted and
mailed, all in the time, form and manner as required by law,
and
WHEREAS, this City Council had duly received and
considered evidence oral and documentary concerning the juris-
dictional facts in this proceeding and concerning the necessity
for the contemplated work

3. That the estimated cost of the acquisition
is $16,303.00, which estimated cost is required to be advanced
as part of the incidental expenses at the time of entering
into the contract.
4. That the estimated cost of the construction of
the water system is $24,550.00, which estimated cost is required
to be advanced to the Sweetwater Authority as part of the
incidental expenses at the time of entering into the contract.
5. The City Clerk is hereby ordered to give notice
inviting such sealed bids in the time, form and manner provided
by law.
