RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL
PROPERTY AT 2035 EUCLID AVENUE
(SERAFIN R. AND BELIA A. SARMIENTO)

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to
record the following instrument conveying an interest in real
estate to the City of National City:
INDIVIDUAL GRANT DEED dated December 11, 1989, from
SARAFIN R. AND BELIA A. SARMIENTO.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 1990.

the Northwesterly Quarter of the Southwesterly Quarter Section 107 of
Rancho de la Nacion, in the City of National City, County of San Diego,
State of California, according to the map thereof No. 166 by Morrill, filed
May 11, 1869, in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 1, Block "A" of F.A.
Richard's Subdivision, according to the map thereof No. 2459, filed in the
office of the County Recorder; thence South 70° 51' West along the West-
erly prolongation of the Northerly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 136.28
feet, more or less, to the Easterly line of land conveyed to the City of
National City, by deed recorded in Book 4626, Page 261 of Official Re-
cords; thence South 18° 56' 15" East along said easterly line 238.00 feet,
more or Tess, to the Northerly line of land conveyed to T. Laroy Richards
by deed recorded April 9, 1924, in Book 992, Page 321 of Deeds; thence
along the Northeasterly line of said Richards' land, the South 79° 13' East
(record South 79° East) 160.43 feet to the Southwesterly line of said F.A.
