HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 16,167RESOLUTION NO. 16,167 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP FOR SIX LOTS ON APPROXIMATELY .77 ACRES ON THE EAST SIDE OF K AVENUE BETWEEN 21ST AND 22ND STREETS APPLICANT: ED SPRAGUE CASE FILE NO. S-1-89 WHEREAS, an application was submitted for a tentative subdivision map consisting of six (6) lots on .77 acres on the east side of K Avenue, between 21st and 22nd Streets, on property generally described as: Lots 1 through 10, inclusive, in Block 20 of Wilbur Addition to National City, in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof No. 251, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County September 2, 1887, together with any portion of the streets adjacent thereto as vacated and closed to public use, that would by operation of law, revert to said Lots 1 through 10, in said Block 2 (Assessor's Parcel No. 561-283-01); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of National City recommended approval of said tentative map application and proposed Negative Declaration No. IS-89-2, after a public hearing held on March 6, 1989; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of National City, after a public hearing held on April 11, 1989, approved said tentative map application and proposed Negative Declaration No. IS-89-2 pursuant to Resolution No. 15,943; and WHEREAS, at its meeting held on January 26, 1990, the City Council considered the approval of the final subdivision map for said subdivision, as approved by Resolution No. 15,943; and WHEREAS, this action is taken pursuant to all applicable procedures required by State law and City ordinances; and WHEREAS, the action hereby taken is found to be essential for the preservation of the public health, safety and general welfare. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that the final map for the subdivision of six lots on approximately .77 acres on the east side of K Avenue between 21st and 22nd Streets, Case File No. S-1-89, conforms to all requirements of the tentative map, the Subdivision Map Act, and Title 17 of the National City Municipal Code. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said final map is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file said final map with the County Recorder.
