RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL
PROPERTY AT 2525 "N" AVENUE
(JOHN THOMAS WALTON AND CHRISTY RUTH WALTON)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to
record the following instrument conveying an interest in real
estate to the City of National City:
GRANT DEED dated December 21, 1989, from
JOHN THOMAS WALTON AND CHRISTY RUTH WALTON.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1990.
