HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 16,235RESOLUTION NO. 16,235 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING COVENANT RUNNING WITH THE LAND AND DEFERRAL FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT AT 2133 VAN NESS AVENUE, FOR THE UNIMPROVED HARBISON AVENUE ON THE EAST SIDE (DONROY CORP., A.P.N. 558-320-14) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that the application of Donroy Corporation for deferral of the Harbison Avenue improvements along the east side of 2133 Van Ness Avenue is granted subject to the following conditions: The filing with the Engineering Department of the City of National City of a Covenant Running with the Land recorded by the City Clerk of the City of National City, providing: 1. The owner will not protest the installation of any of the required improvements under 1911 Improvement Act program whether initiated by the property owners or the City. 2. The owner will install said improvements in conjunction with an overall improvement program of the area whether initiated by the property owners or the City. 3. The owner will install the required improvements within 30 days of a written demand to do so by the City Engineer. PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 1990.
