HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 16,303RESOLUTION NO.16,303 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ADOPTING THE BUILDING VALUATIONS MULTIPLIERS FOR 1990-1991 WHEREAS, the San Diego Chapter of the International Conference of Building Officials (I.C.B.O.) has prepared a Building Valuation Multiplier Schedule for the 1990-91 year; and WHEREAS, the Schedule is prepared with the assistance of the construction and design industries utilizing data from the various jurisdictions in San Diego County; and WHEREAS, the Valuation Multiplier Schedule is prepared each year to assure construction cost valuations remain basically the same in all jurisdictions within the county. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that the San Diego Area Chapter of the International Conference of Building Officials' Proposed Building Valuation Multipliers for 1990-91, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", is hereby adopted.
