RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
DEDICATING AND NAMING A PARCEL OF LAND
AT 53 "S" AVENUE AS "S" AVENUE AND DIVISION STREET
FOR STREET PURPOSES
(A.P.N. 552-401-21--JOSE AND ESTHER VALDEZ)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California as follows:
1. That JOSE AND ESTHER VALDEZ have conveyed the real
property described in the attached Exhibit "A" to the City of
National City for street purposes.
2. That the City of National City desires that said
property be dedicated for public street purposes.
3. That the described dedicated parcel of land in
Exhibit "A" shall henceforth be known as "S" Avenue and Division
Street.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of October, 1990.

That portion of land in Lot 53 der Mad No. 3292 in the City of National
City, County of San Diego, State of California, said mad recorded in the
County Recorder's Office of said County on 25th August 1955, described as
follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 53; thence south 71 46'30"
west 70.73 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BF UNNING; thence continuing south 71
46'30" west 6.95 feet to a Joint of tangency to a curve concave to the
northeast with a radius of 20 feet and a central angle of 108 34'30",
thence westerly and northerly along said curve a distance of 37.90 feet
through an angle of 108 34' 30" to an intersection with the west line of
said lot 53; thence continuing along said west line north 0 21'00" east
6.95 feet to an intersection with a curve concave to the northeast with a
radius of 25 feet and a central angle of 108 34'30"; thence southerly and
easterly along said curve a distance of 47.37 feet through an angle 108
34' 30" to a point of tangency to the south line of said Lot 53, the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING.
