HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 16,364RESOLUTION NO. 16,364 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED QUITCLAIMING A DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON THE SOUTHSIDE OF 30TH STREET BETWEEN "L" AND EDGEMERE AVENUES TO RIO SWEETWATER INVESTORS, LTD., A CALIFORNIA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (APN 563-370-19, 25 AND 26) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a quitclaim deed quitclaiming a drainage easement on the southside of 30th Street between "L" and Edgemere Avenues (A.P.N. 563-370-19, 25 and 26) to Rio Sweetwater Investors, Ltd., a California limited partnership.
