HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 91-9following necessary ; and RESOLUTION NO. 91-9 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY DECLARING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES TO BE SURPLUS AND DIRECTING THE DISPOSAL THEREOF (2101 Hoover Avenue; Southeast Corner of Division Street and Laurel Avenue) WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the two City -owned real properties are no longer for City use: 1. A.P.N. 560-395-10, 2101 Hoover Avenue, approx- imately 8,625 square feet in area, zoned ML (Light Manufacturing). 2. A.P.N. 554-012-01, southeast corner of Divi- sion Street and Laurel Avenue, approximately 2,400 square feet in area, zoned RS-3-PD (Single Family Extendable). A.P.N. 554-012-01, the southeast corner of Division Street and Laurel Avenue, approxi- mately 2,400 square feet, zoned as RS-3-PD (Single Family Extendable). a. Buyer shall remove the pump station structure and abandon the wet well in accordance with the standard specifica- tions for Public Works Construction. b. Since the parcel is too small for a building site, the buyer will be required to combine it with the adjacent parcel.
