RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING COVENANT RUNNING
WITH THE LAND AND DEFERRAL FOR STREET
IMPROVEMENT AT 2132 RACHEL AVENUE, FOR THE
UNIMPROVED HARBISON AVENUE ON THE WEST SIDE
(A.P.N. 558-320-19)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City that the application of Oscar Idano for deferral
of the Harbison Avenue improvements along the west side of
2132 Rachael Avenue is granted subject to the following
conditions:
The filing with the Engineering Department of the
City of National City of a Covenant Running with the Land
recorded by the City Clerk of the City of National City,
providing:
1. The property owner will not protest the
installation of any of the required im-
provements under 1913-15 Improvement Act
program whether initiated by the property
owners or the City.
2. The owner will install said improvements
in conjunction with an overall improve-
ment program of the area whether initiat-
ed by the property owners or the City.
3. The owner will install the required im-
provements within 30 days of a written
demand to do so by the City Engineer.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 1991.
