HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 91-79RESOLUTION NO. 91-79 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF A GRANT DEED FOR A PARCEL OF LAND AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF DIVISION STREET AND HIGHLAND AVENUE FOR STREET PURPOSES (A.P.N. 556-061-33) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City as follows: Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: GRANT DEED dated November 30, 1990 from ANDREW T. RAMON and MARGO C. RAMON, husband and wife; HAROLD H. SENDT, a widower; and WILLIAM SENDT and AYDA G. PARRA-SENDT, husband and wife. PASSED and ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 1991. George .
