HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 91-99RESOLUTION NO. 91-99 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF A GRANT DEED FOR A PARCEL OF LAND AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF DIVISION STREET AND HIGHLAND AVENUE FOR STREET PURPOSES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 91-83 (A.P.N. 551-570-08) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City as follows: Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: GRANT DEED (Partnership) dated November 30, 1990 from HIGHLAND VIEW TOWNE CENTER, a California Limited Partnership.
