RESOLUTION NO. 91-143 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY GRANTING AN INCREASE IN SALARY AND BENEFITS FOR ALL UNREPRESENTED CITY EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, the City Council has resolved that all employees, referred to herein as "Unrepresented Employees," which do not have officially recognized bargaining units, and which are unrepresented and unclassified, are and will be entitled to compensation, and that the City Council wishes to determine compensation for said Unrepresented Employees, and that said Unrepresented Employees include the Middle Manage- ment Group, the Confidential Group, and the Executive Group; and WHEREAS, in order to mitigate the effects of increases in the cost of living for City employees which have occurred over the past year, it is the desire of the City Council to grant a salary increase to all Unrepresented Employees. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that the City Council hereby grants, effective June 25, 1991, a 4% increase in salary and benefits to all Unrepresented Employees of the City.
