HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 91-169RESOLUTION NO. 91-169 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF HEALTH AND SANITATION AND LAND USE FEES WHEREAS, the City of National City contracts with the County of San Diego for health services and certain land use services, and is required pursuant to its agreement with the County to establish fees for said services consistent with the fees established by the County for such services. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that the Council hereby adopts as the fees for health and sanitation and land use services for the City of National City that schedule of fees which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
