RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
FROM PARR VILLAGE LIMITED AND DIRECTING THE
RECORDATION OF A GRANT DEED FOR THREE PARCELS OF LAND
ON DELTA STREET AND HIGHLAND AVENUE
FOR STREET PURPOSES
(A.P.N. 551-480-26)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to
record the following instrument conveying an interest in real
estate to the City of National City:
GRANT DEED dated March 7, 1991 from PARK VILLAGE
LIMITED, a limited partnership.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1991.
